Plain-language summary: we only collect what you send us through the contact form or newsletter (mainly your name and email), we use it solely to reply to you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Anat Advance [full legal entity name, registered address and tax ID to be completed]. For any data-related matter, contact us at greg@anatadvance.tech.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact / AI Discovery form: your name, email, and optionally company, role and message. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Booking: if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy.

3. Who processes the data on our behalf

• Web3Forms - delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• cyber-folks - hosts this website.
• Calendly - handles call scheduling (only if you use it).

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation, then delete it.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact greg@anatadvance.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

6. Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies by default. We use a small amount of functional browser storage to remember your language choice and your cookie preference - this is necessary for the site to work and needs no consent.

If we later enable analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand traffic, it will load only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time.
